**Policies**

To ensure your custom order is accommodated, please contact me as soon you know the date of your event. Due to limited kitchen space, I can only take a certain number of custom orders each week, so I providing a minimum of 2 weeks' notice. If you need an order completed in less than 4 days, a $40 rush fee will apply. Please be aware that weekend dates tend to fill up quickly. The total price of your order will depend on the number of, the complexity of the design, and any delivery or setup time needed at the venue. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order, which go towards your total balance. This deposit must be paid at the time of placement. If the order is placed during the week of the event, the full amount will be due immediately. 

 

 **Payment Information:**

I accept payments via credit card through my invoice site, Cash, or Zelle. All of my cakes are custom-made and decorated to order, with prices determined by the ingredients used and the time required for assembly and decoration. A non-refundable payment/retainer is required to secure your custom order, with the balance due one week before pickup, though you can pay anytime prior. **Cake Pickup:** All orders must be picked up by 4 PM on the requested date, unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon.

 

**Allergy Notice:**

Please be aware that all our desserts are produced in a facility that processes milk, nuts, wheat, and soy. While we strive for quality and care, we do not have dedicated equipment to produce allergen-free treats.

**Cancellation Return Policy:**

All payments and retainers for cakes are non-refundable However, these payments can be applied to another custom cake order within Four months of the original event date. Any changes to your order, including date, color, size, or decoration, must be made at least one week before pick-up to avoid an additional charge of $20.

**Picking Up Your Cake**

When picking up your cake, please keep a few important things in mind: Drive slowly and avoid sudden stops, acceleration, sharp turns. Make sure to keep your car cool and refrigerate the cake in the provided box until 2-3 hours before serving—absolutely do not freeze it! Remember, both the cake and icing are delicate, and exposure to heat can cause damage, for which I cannot be held responsible. Due to the handcrafted nature of my products, refunds are not available.
